Tracy Bovett
Tracy Bovett has a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Management especially around Human Resources and Learning and Development. As Well as a Diploma In Psychology around Organisational Psychology and is a member of Human Resources New Zealanmd. Tracy has a Diploma In Accounting and is a certified Bookkeeper with the NZQBA- New Zealand Qualified Bookkeepers Association. With over twenty years industry experience, with involvement in Human Resources and Bookkeeping. Tracy has a passion for business and enjoys working with small businesses and individuals to ensure their tasks are completed as efficiently as possible and always aims to exceed expectations. Tracy has also completed two Distinguished Toastmaster Awards and is always happy to speak to organisations on her specialty area of Performance Management Starts at Recruitment. Tracy also takes part in Stand Up Comedy and Improv. If you are needing a less serious speaker, Tracy can fill that gap as well.
